১. আমরা কে
"Bangla UI & UX Design" একটি ফ্রি শিক্ষামূলক অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপ। এটি তৈরি ও পরিচালনা করেন Naem Coder। এই পলিসিতে বলা আছে অ্যাপটি কোন তথ্য ব্যবহার করে, কেন করে, আর আপনি কীভাবে তা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন।
২. আমরা যা সংগ্রহ করি না
- অ্যাপে কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট বা লগইন নেই। আমরা আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল, ছবি, কন্টাক্ট বা সঠিক লোকেশন চাই না, সংগ্রহও করি না।
- অ্যাপটি ক্যামেরা, মাইক্রোফোন, কন্টাক্ট বা লোকেশনের কোনো পারমিশন চায় না।
৩. যে তথ্য ব্যবহার হয় এবং কেন
ক) আপনার ফোনেই থাকে
আপনার পছন্দের (ফেভারিট) টেমপ্লেট, অনবোর্ডিং দেখা হয়েছে কিনা, আর অফলাইনে দেখার জন্য লেসনের তালিকা শুধু আপনার ফোনে সেভ থাকে। এগুলো আমাদের কাছে পাঠানো হয় না। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে বা অ্যাপের ডাটা মুছলে এগুলো মুছে যায়।
খ) আমাদের সার্ভার
লেসন, টেমপ্লেট, নোটিফিকেশন আর অ্যাপের সেটিংস (যেমন আপডেট বা ঘোষণা) আমাদের সার্ভার app.naemdev.online থেকে আসে। অন্য যেকোনো ওয়েবসাইটের মতো সার্ভার সাধারণ কারিগরি লগ (IP ঠিকানা, সময়, ব্রাউজার/অ্যাপ তথ্য) রাখতে পারে, শুধু নিরাপত্তা ও ত্রুটি খোঁজার জন্য। আমরা এগুলো দিয়ে আপনাকে আলাদা করে চিনি না, বিক্রিও করি না।

৪. আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণ
- বিজ্ঞাপন: ফোনের Settings → Google → Ads (বা Privacy → Ads) থেকে বিজ্ঞাপন আইডি রিসেট বা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। তখন ব্যক্তিগতকৃত বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হবে না।
- নোটিফিকেশন: ফোনের Settings → Apps → Bangla UI & UX Design → Notifications থেকে যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
- সব ডাটা মোছা: অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে ফোনের সব ডাটা মুছে যায়। তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে থাকা ডাটা মুছতে চাইলে নিচের ইমেইলে লিখুন। আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সাড়া দেব। বিস্তারিত: ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ।
৫. বাইরের লিংক
অ্যাপে কিছু ফ্রি রিসোর্স, ডিজাইন টুল আর টেমপ্লেট ডাউনলোডের লিংক আছে, যা অন্য ওয়েবসাইটে খোলে (যেমন Google Drive, Figma)। সেই সাইটগুলোর কনটেন্ট বা প্রাইভেসি নিয়মের দায় আমাদের নয়।
৬. শিশুদের প্রাইভেসি
অ্যাপটি ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য তৈরি নয়, আর আমরা জেনে-বুঝে শিশুদের কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো শিশুর তথ্য আমাদের কাছে এসেছে মনে হলে আমাদের জানান, আমরা দ্রুত মুছে দেব।
৭. নিরাপত্তা
অ্যাপ আর আমাদের সার্ভারের সব যোগাযোগ HTTPS দিয়ে এনক্রিপ্ট করা। তবে ইন্টারনেটে কোনো ব্যবস্থাই ১০০% নিরাপদ নয়।
৮. পলিসির পরিবর্তন
প্রয়োজনে এই পলিসি হালনাগাদ হতে পারে। বড় পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপের ভেতরে জানানো হবে। উপরের "সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ" তারিখ দেখে বুঝতে পারবেন।

1. Who we are
"Bangla UI & UX Design" is a free educational Android app built and operated by Naem Coder. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and how you can control it.
2. What we do not collect
- The app has no accounts or sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, phone number, email, photos, contacts or precise location.
- The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location permissions.
3. Information used and why
a) Stored only on your phone
Your favourite templates, whether you have seen the onboarding screens, and an offline copy of the lesson list are saved on your device only. They are never sent to us and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
b) Our server
Lessons, templates, notifications and app settings (such as update notices or announcements) are loaded from our server app.naemdev.online. Like any website, the server may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, app/browser details) for security and troubleshooting only. We do not use them to identify you and we never sell them.
c) Third-party services

4. Your choices
- Ads: reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads) to stop personalised ads.
- Notifications: turn them off at any time in Settings → Apps → Bangla UI & UX Design → Notifications.
- Deleting data: uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone. To ask for deletion of data held by the services above, email us below; we reply within 30 days. Details: Delete your data.
5. Links to other sites
The app links to free resources, design tools and template downloads on other websites (for example Google Drive or Figma). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has reached us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
All communication between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced inside the app; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
